Dear Shift Dress,
It seems like just yesterday we met. You've always been there for us- to help us through those days when we just couldn't decided what to wear, those days that we were just too hot to wear anything else and those days where we just didn't feel like facing the day!
You changed a lot through the years, but we've grown together! You've been short, you've been long, you've been patterned, you've been plain. Do you remember shoulder pads, Shift Dress? Those weren't your best years…
But we loved you still! Now you come in lace, cotton, chiffon, frills and everything in between, and we adore you all the more for it!
So we just wanted to say Shift Dress, we may not have treated you right all the time, we may not have always read the care label or always hung you up, but you've been there for us, so thank you Shift Dress, let's be friends forever (or at least until i shrink you in the wash…)
